  I approached the store manager about this issue some time ago and was advised that it was a 'culture change' that the staff had to get used to in regards to manning the express counters. He also stated that they were aware of the issue and that it was also a staffing/ rostering issue that had been brought to the attention of upper management. He suggested that I make a complaint in writing because customer complaints may yield more results. Weeks later, nothing has changed.

  Today, I made another complaint at 8pm (there were six people waiting to be served) and was advised by the guy at the register that there was nobody he could call and nobody to help him. I asked him to call the manager and he flat out ignored me and proceeded to serve another customer. This is disgusting customer service!

  I enjoy shopping at Coles, Eden RIse Centre. The staff, particularly "Will" is so kind, friendly and always keen to assist me when I need to locate an item. He is a credit to the store as he always greets me and my son with a warm welcome smile. The other staff are great. Can't fault them or the service but "Will" makes my shopping experience always enjoyable.

  It was a very good coles. But they took over 12 things. Like books and cool stuff. Feel bad about it.

  It isn't as good as it was when it originally opened with the electronics dept and the awesome outdoor section. Now they have chopped it in half with home delivery on one side. Just like every other boring Coles. We use ALDI where we can and central park butcher's is where to get your meat from. (Near ALDI)

  Coles at Eden Rise used to be a convenient place to shop. Recently they undertook renovations of half the store including the '12 items or less' counter. Instead of the old conveyer belt, they now have 3 express counters with only enough space to place a small basket. This would not be a problem if the 3 counters were regularly manned. We go there on a daily basis at various times throughout the day and we have never seen all 3 counters being manned at the same time. Usually only one counter is manned (occasionally two) and the same person also has to serve the smokers counter. This means that people are standing around for long periods of time with heavy baskets in hand because there is no conveyer belt to place your items.

  Good range of groceries and assortments. Clothing and cookware also. Easy access from car park..
